Excellent location, very friendly helpful staff, nice room. Breakfast buffet included. Afternoon fika (cakes & coffee) included. Buffet dinner included (dinner was rather mediocre so we went out for dinner, but since it was a free extra, I can't ding them to badly. Only negative was their bartenders could not make any mixed drink, even though they had a shelf of liquor: beer & wine only. Still, very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay at Opus XVI. Lovely quiet room. Wonderful comfortable bar and breakfast area. Stunning food in the restaurant with friendly service from our favourite sommelier. Good location. But above all the unassuming friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff made for an unforgettable stay. One to remember. Andrew and Mary

The room was comfortable and clean - but small. There was limited room in the bathroom for toiletries and limited room in the bedroom for suitcase and clothing storage - so space was tight. The staff was customer service oriented; the breakfast buffet options were amazing. The location was perfect for us to enjoy beautiful Bergen!
